Customer Service Representative at G126 Continental Travels Limited – GRA Phase 1, Port Harcourt, Rivers
G126 Continental Travels Limited is recruiting full-time Customer Service Representatives to support travel customers in handling enquiries, bookings and service requests.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer questions by phone, email and in person.
- Provide accurate information about travel packages, bookings, visa processes and related services.
- Process reservations, cancellations and changes following company procedures.
- Resolve complaints and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with booking, visa-processing and accounts teams to complete customer requests.
Qualifications and experience
- HND or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and one to three years of customer-service experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with travel-booking systems or customer relationship management software is advantageous.
Pay and benefits
The stated ₦180,000–₦250,000 monthly salary applies during probation. The employer also lists pension, HMO, performance-related increases and development opportunities.
