Callboxs Global Concepts Limited is recruiting a German- or Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent in Garki, Abuja. The position requires strong communication, listening and customer support skills.
Candidate requirements
- OND, HND, B.Sc. or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in German or Spanish, depending on the role requirements.
- Excellent spoken and written communication, attentive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using computers and the ability to learn customer service applications.
- Sound judgement, practical problem-solving and the capacity to meet targets under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but is not compulsory.
