Facility Officer at an Undisclosed Company via Talent Pool Resources International Limited – Alimosho, Lagos
A retail-sector employer is hiring a full-time Facility Officer in Alimosho, Lagos, through Talent Pool Resources International Limited. Gross salary is ₦300,000 monthly, with HMO, pension, bonus pay and other staff benefits. The position requires immediate resumption.
Responsibilities and experience
- Bring at least three to four years’ facilities-management experience, preferably in a supermarket, retail outlet, shopping centre or similar commercial setting.
- Supervise routine repairs, preventive maintenance and facilities operations.
- Work confidently with electrical systems, plumbing, cooling equipment, generators and refrigeration.
- Coordinate cleaning, security, waste management and service contractors.
- Track maintenance costs, records, tools and consumables while managing urgent breakdowns.
- Apply workplace health, safety, fire-prevention and environmental standards.
- Demonstrate sound troubleshooting, communication, staff supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Applicants resident in or near Alimosho are preferred; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering training is highly desirable.
