Dynamique Associate Solutions is recruiting two full-time Loan Recovery Officers for Ikeja, Lagos, and Magboro, Ogun State. The role supports repayment collection while maintaining professional borrower relationships.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients about outstanding loans and upcoming repayment obligations.
- Track repayment records, outstanding balances and agreed payment dates.
- Follow up on overdue instalments and support recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Maintain courteous customer relationships while handling repayment issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND with relevant experience.
