Recruitment Specialist at a Management Consulting Firm via Excel and Grace Consulting – Port Harcourt, Rivers

An undisclosed management and human resources consulting firm in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, is recruiting a full-time Recruitment Specialist through Excel and Grace Consulting. The hybrid role manages end-to-end recruitment for the firm and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from vacancy profiling, publication and sourcing through interviews, selection and placement.
• Identify and attract candidates using job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media and talent databases.
• Screen CVs, conduct structured interviews and assessments, perform reference checks and prepare candidate shortlists.
• Liaise with clients and hiring managers about role specifications, schedules, expectations and candidate assessments.
• Maintain qualified talent pools, coordinate interviews and support onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
• Track recruitment timelines, successful placements, quality of hire, interview-to-placement ratios and client satisfaction.
• Prepare candidate profiles, pipeline updates, recruitment reports and performance summaries on schedule.
• Support positive candidate experiences, client relationships, confidentiality and compliance with professional recruitment procedures.
• Monitor recruitment revenue contribution and placement targets alongside other agreed performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related field.
• Three to five years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR consulting.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple industries or job categories; agency or consulting experience is desirable.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, client management, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage competing recruitment assignments independently in a hybrid environment while reporting accurately.
• CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent professional HR certification is an advantage.

Salary

₦400,000 per month.
