HR Officer (Field Operations) at Fort Knox Outsourcing – Calabar, Cross River
Fort Knox Outsourcing is hiring an HR Officer (Field Operations) in Calabar to provide human resources support for factory employees and field-based teams.
Responsibilities
- Visit factory locations to support employees and supervisors and address workplace concerns.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and compliance with company policies and labour rules.
- Support hiring, staff orientation, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Manage employee records, investigations, disciplinary procedures and performance processes.
- Coordinate staff welfare and health-and-safety initiatives.
- Prepare HR, attendance and workforce reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- At least two years’ HR Officer or HR Generalist experience.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR practices.
- Good interpersonal, conflict resolution, communication and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently across field locations and spend substantial time with factory personnel.
- Manufacturing, FMCG or factory HR experience is an advantage.
