Human Resource Manager at Broad Concept International and Entrepreneurship Hub – Nigeria
Broad Concept International and Entrepreneurship Hub is recruiting a full-time Human Resource Manager in Nigeria to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance systems and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and staff-exit procedures.
- Develop HR policies, workplace procedures and employee regulations.
- Keep confidential employee files and attendance, conduct and performance records accurate.
- Coordinate staff appraisals, performance development and learning activities.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary cases, staff welfare and leave administration.
- Ensure HR processes comply with Nigerian labour and employment rules.
- Advise management on workforce planning and staffing and prepare regular HR reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related area.
- At least three years of relevant HR-management experience.
- CIPM, SHRM or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour regulations, HR practices and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, judgement, confidentiality, conflict resolution and organisation.
Salary
₦150,000–₦200,000 per month.
