Mark Calthers Consulting Limited is hiring a Business Manager – Logistics in Yaba, Lagos, to lead driver placement operations, team performance and business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations covering driver recruitment, screening, vetting, training and placement.
- Improve driver verification, guarantor checks, background screening and recordkeeping processes.
- Lead operations, recruitment and customer service teams, setting and monitoring performance targets.
- Deliver timely, high-quality driver placements and maintain client satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to acquire clients, increase market share and grow sales across individual, corporate, logistics and fleet accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
- Proven experience overseeing teams, business operations and sales or business development.
- An MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
