Internal Control Officer at an Undisclosed Company via HT-Limited – Abeokuta

An undisclosed business is recruiting a full-time Internal Control Officer in Abeokuta, Ogun State, through HT-Limited.

Responsibilities

• Review accounting controls, compliance practices and financial documentation for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Reconcile daily sales to bank receipts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assess spending on field operations, administration and procurement to reduce leakage and waste.
• Monitor appropriate use of company assets and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Compare consumption against bills of materials and identify shortages or losses.
• Identify operational risks and recommend preventive controls and timely management reporting.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Accounting; ACA is an advantage.
• Three to five years’ experience in manufacturing, poultry or FMCG.
• Strong analytical judgement, attention to detail and written and spoken English.
