Marketer at a FinTech Company via Easypay HR – Port Harcourt; Uyo; Eket; Calabar; Jos

A fintech and finance company is recruiting five fixed-term Marketers through Easypay HR. Locations cover Port Harcourt, Uyo, Eket, Calabar and Jos. The roles focus on agent acquisition, POS terminal deployment and customer activity.

Role overview

To support the growth of the Company’s Agency Network and revenue by acquiring new Agents and customers, deploying POS/Terminals, promoting Company products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with Agents and customers within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new Agents, customers, and business partners within the assigned territory.
• Achieve agreed individual targets for Agent acquisition, POS/Terminal deployment, transaction activity, and revenue generation.
• Promote and educate Agents and customers on the Company’s products, services, and value proposition.
• Support effective utilization of deployed POS/Terminals and follow up on inactive or underutilized terminals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing Agents and customers.
• Identify new markets, locations, and business opportunities and report them to the Operations Manager.
• Support marketing campaigns, brand awareness activities, promotions, and other business development initiatives.
• Follow up on Agent and customer payment or operational issues and escalate unresolved matters to the Operations Manager.
• Report POS/Terminal, Tablet, application, and other technical issues promptly for resolution.
• Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities and provide relevant feedback to the Operations Manager.
• Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on Agent acquisition, terminal deployment, customer activities, transactions, and other assigned targets.
• Comply with Company policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and approved marketing guidelines.
• Perform other marketing, sales, or operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements and skills

• BSc Degree in Marketing or a related field/Certification.
• 2-3 years of experience in Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Marketing and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
