Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta) at Athena Institute of Business and Technology – Remote

Athena Institute of Business and Technology is recruiting a full-time remote Paid Ads Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns for digital marketing, lead generation and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor and market research to improve campaign targeting.
• Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping and Performance Max where relevant, along with Meta placements.
• Collaborate with designers and writers to produce effective ad creatives and copy.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and related tools.
• Analyse CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates and ROAS; run A/B tests and optimise budgets.
• Prepare performance reports, manage records and maintain compliance with advertising and data protection policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Communications or a related field; equivalent campaign results and portfolio may be considered.
• Two to four years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing using both Google and Meta Ads.
• Campaign strategy, budget management, audience targeting, tracking and reporting expertise.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, A/B testing and landing-page optimisation.
• Strong spreadsheet analysis, written communication and time-management skills.
• Google/Meta certifications, Looker Studio, Merchant Center or Conversions API experience are advantages.
