React Native App Developer at ATAfrica – Nigeria (Hybrid)
ATAfrica is recruiting a React Native App Developer for a hybrid position in Nigeria. The developer will deliver and maintain iOS and Android mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performing, user-friendly applications with React Native.
- Translate product and design needs into mobile functionality and integrate applications with backend APIs.
- Manage automated testing and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Investigate defects, troubleshoot problems and maintain deployed software.
- Collaborate with engineering and other teams to release new features and improvements.
- Take part in end-to-end application development and provide progress feedback to management.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc from a reputable university with at least a second-class upper (2:1) result.
- At least one year of post-NYSC experience and three or more years developing React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Familiarity with MERN-stack development, Redux or comparable React workflows.
- Experience using tools or platforms such as Heroku, AWS, GitHub and Jenkins.
- Strong communication, teamwork and an entrepreneurial approach.
- FinTech, WealthTech, investing and electronic-trading industry experience is an advantage.
