Retail Network Growth Manager at OmniRetail Africa – Lagos
OmniRetail Africa is hiring a Retail Network Growth Manager in Lagos to expand retailer acquisition, activation and repeat business across its Micro Fulfilment Centre network.
Responsibilities
- Increase retailer acquisition and the active customer base across MFC locations.
- Lead and improve the productivity of field sales teams, including PSEs.
- Develop retailer activation, retention and repeat-order initiatives.
- Manage MFC partner relationships and delivery of agreed growth targets.
- Analyse sales performance and produce regular operational and growth reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Seven to ten years in field sales, FMCG, retail distribution, sales operations or network management.
- Strong record of leading field sales teams and achieving growth targets.
- Leadership, analytical and reporting skills, with readiness to travel across MFC locations.
Remuneration
₦1,000,000–₦1,200,000 per month.
