Sales Representative (Jewellery) via Ascentech Services Limited – Ikeja, Lagos
A jewellery retailer is recruiting a full-time Sales Representative in Ikeja, Lagos, through Ascentech Services Limited. The position involves assisting customers, promoting jewellery products, supporting store sales and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, explain jewellery products and offer appropriate recommendations.
- Promote and sell jewellery to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Arrange product displays and keep the shop neat and inviting.
- Handle customer questions, complaints and transactions professionally.
- Monitor available stock and report discrepancies.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Qualifications and skills
- SSCE, OND or a higher qualification.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably jewellery, fashion or luxury goods, is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Professional appearance, honesty and attention to detail.
