Enterprise Account Manager at Alfred & Victoria Associates – Lekki Phase 1

Alfred & Victoria Associates is recruiting an Enterprise Account Manager in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, to develop technology-focused strategic accounts, strengthen executive relationships and grow revenue from enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own high-value enterprise accounts and develop account plans against growth and retention targets.
• Build relationships with C-suite decision-makers, understand business priorities and position appropriate technology solutions.
• Generate new sales, renewals, upsells and cross-sales and lead complex deal negotiations.
• Coordinate presales, technical, customer-success and delivery colleagues to support client outcomes.
• Manage account issues, sales pipelines, forecasting, executive reports and strategic go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Seven to ten years’ relevant enterprise sales, account management or business development experience in a technology or solutions business.
• Proven management of complex B2B accounts and long procurement and sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian enterprise markets, executive networks and consultative selling.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, presentations and forecasting skills.
• Experience across multiple African markets and technology-vendor certifications are desirable; ability to travel as needed.
