Security Manager at Hilton – Owerri, Imo

Hilton is recruiting a Security Manager in Owerri, Imo State, to lead hotel security operations and protect guests, colleagues and property. The position includes emergency coordination, incident management and supervision of the security team.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and appraise security personnel while encouraging professional development.
• Implement hotel security procedures, patrol programmes and preventive measures that meet applicable regulations and brand standards.
• Investigate accidents, theft, property losses and suspected policy breaches, keeping accurate records and following up on findings.
• Coordinate responses to fire, medical emergencies and other safety incidents.
• Maintain effective working relationships with law-enforcement authorities when required.
• Review incident reports and compliance records, and undertake duty-manager responsibilities when assigned.
