Social Media Personnel via JV Management Consulting – Allen Avenue, Ikeja

A fashion retailer is recruiting for the Social Media Personnel role in Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos State through JV Management Consulting. The position will manage social platforms and create fashion-store content that supports engagement and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fashion business’s social media channels and posting calendar.
• Create photographs, reels, stories, short videos and captions to promote products.
• Develop audience engagement and digital visibility strategies.
• Respond to customer enquiries, comments and direct messages.
• Monitor fashion and social trends and work with sales teams on promotions.
• Measure content performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

Requirements

• One to two years of social media or content-creation experience.
• Confidence using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and related platforms.
• Photography, videography, copywriting and short-form video creation skills.
• A relevant HND or degree is an advantage, not a requirement.
• Creativity, organisation, professional communication and an understanding of fashion marketing are beneficial.
