Stable Freelance Shift Operator at Oxen HR Limited – Lagos
Oxen HR Limited is recruiting a Stable Freelance Shift Operator in Lagos to coordinate service delivery and operational tasks during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned operational tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
- Coordinate shifts for carers and submit carers’ timesheets promptly.
- Monitor ongoing operations to support uninterrupted service delivery.
- Maintain accurate operational records and performance reports.
- Follow required procedures and escalate problems to supervisors without delay.
- Assist client support and service-delivery workflows.
- Work towards performance measures covering task completion, response times, accuracy, attendance and incident reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma, degree or a relevant certification.
- Previous experience in operations or service delivery is an advantage.
- Careful attention to detail, reliability, teamwork and disciplined adherence to procedures.
Remuneration
Monthly stipend of ₦120,000, with an additional bonus linked to target hours achieved.
