Store Executive at Sun King (Greenlight Planet) – Warri, Delta
Sun King seeks a full-time Store Executive in Warri, Delta State, to meet store targets through reliable inventory control, product support, reports and customer service.
Store duties
- Receive goods, maintain stock records and manage FIFO issuance and dispatch.
- Update online received-and-issued logs, complete daily counts and carry out monthly stocktakes.
- Keep spare-parts inventory accurate and coordinate replenishment and stock reports.
- Maintain a tidy shop floor and safe, well-organised repair facilities.
Service and repairs
- Welcome customers and assist them with product enquiries.
- Check faulty items, assess warranty eligibility and undertake basic repairs where appropriate.
- Coordinate with Energy Officers and the call centre to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Two years’ experience in a comparable retail, stock or customer-support role.
- Strong reporting, computer, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Product and territory familiarity are advantageous.
