National Sales Manager at Dortemag Ventures Limited – Magboro

Dortemag Ventures Limited is seeking a full-time National Sales Manager based in Magboro, Ogun State. Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO, the position leads nationwide pharmaceutical sales strategy, accounts and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop national sales strategy, commercial budgets, territory coverage and revenue and volume forecasts.
• Align product launches, promotions and demand generation with marketing colleagues while monitoring competitors and market share.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with national pharmaceutical distributors, wholesalers and pharmacy chains.
• Lead bids for government, teaching-hospital and institutional tenders; build relationships with hospitals, health authorities, HMOs and clinical stakeholders.
• Recruit, coach, supervise and evaluate regional sales leaders and field personnel.
• Set sales quotas and performance measures, conduct field visits and enforce ethical pharmaceutical marketing practices.
• Prepare executive sales dashboards, revenue reports and budget variance analysis.
• Oversee sales expenses, CRM or trade-tracking processes and coordination with inventory and manufacturing capacity.

Requirements

• Five to ten years’ progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Four to eight years in senior regional or national pharmaceutical sales leadership in Nigeria.
• A record of exceeding substantial revenue targets and managing institutional tenders and wholesale networks.
• Strong Excel analysis, forecasting, presentation, negotiation and commercial judgement.
• A valid Nigerian driver’s licence and readiness for frequent domestic travel.
• An MBA or relevant scientific or commercial degree is an advantage.
