Account Manager at inq. Digital Nigeria Limited – Lagos

inq. Digital Nigeria Limited is seeking a full-time Account Manager in Lagos to retain and grow client accounts, win new customers and expand enterprise digital-solutions sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for managed customers and internal teams while building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Win new accounts, increase portfolio share and drive cross-selling and upselling of digital solutions.
• Develop account plans, value propositions, territorial sales strategies and commercially sound offers.
• Maintain complete CRM records, follow up prospects and maintain pipeline coverage of four times the assigned target.
• Research competitors and customer trends, manage opportunities and provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Coordinate contract compliance, project delivery, onboarding, customer support and billing with other teams.
• Maintain regular face-to-face and other contact with customers and evaluate account performance to improve profitability.

Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in telecom account management, solutions sales or relationship management involving networking technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise solution selling, opportunity management, account planning and territory management.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, communication, relationship building and CRM skills.
• Competence with Microsoft and Google applications, confidence, accountability and self-motivation.
