Accounts Receivable Officer at natnudO Foods – Akinyele
natnudO Foods is recruiting a full-time Accounts Receivable Officer in Akinyele, Oyo State, to manage customer invoicing, collections, ledger accuracy and sales-payment reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Issue invoices and statements, track customer balances and follow up overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer ledgers, payment records, sales transactions and bank statements.
- Resolve billing disputes and allocate receipts to the correct accounts.
- Maintain receivables ageing reports and escalate persistent collection issues.
- Assist with month-end reporting, audit exercises and compliance with credit policies.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Two to three years’ experience in receivables, accounting or a related position.
- Knowledge of credit control, payment collection and accounting records.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Strong numerical, negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
