Customer Relationship Officer at Staredge Public Health Concept – Abuja (FCT)
Staredge Public Health Concept is recruiting a full-time Customer Relationship Officer in Abuja to liaise with business establishments, monitor compliance obligations and maintain accurate field records and client follow-up.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of an HND, BSc, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet daily targets consistently and work with minimal supervision.
- Good record-keeping, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Confidence in interacting with business owners and management personnel.
- Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, field operations, sales, or compliance is an added advantage.
Work Structure
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Field support: Company vehicle and driver provided for assigned field mobilization.
- Performance: Daily operational targets must be achieved.
- Reporting: Routine reporting of activities and results is required.
Salary
N100,000 – N250,000 monthly.
