Finance & Admin Manager at Undisclosed Company via Ellasot Consulting – Port Harcourt
An undisclosed organisation in Port Harcourt is recruiting a Finance & Admin Manager through Ellasot Consulting. The position leads financial planning, controls and administration to support efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow, financial records and management reporting.
- Reconcile bank, cash and POS transactions, monitor receivables and suppliers, and enforce cost controls.
- Supervise financial documentation, daily cash processes, audit support and tax compliance.
- Manage office operations, records, supplies, maintenance and administrative personnel.
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory monitoring, supplier relationships and buying approvals.
- Support payroll, employee payment records, deductions and related HR administration.
- Maintain sound internal controls to reduce errors, fraud and financial losses.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Three to five years’ relevant finance and administration experience.
- Good financial reporting, budgeting, Excel and accounting software skills.
- Leadership, negotiation, communication, confidentiality and strong analytical ability.
- ICAN, ACCA or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Hospitality, leisure, entertainment or recreation industry experience is desirable.
- Applicants must reside in Port Harcourt.
