Talent Acquisition Officer at Uncle Stans Small Chops – Lagos
Uncle Stans Small Chops is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Officer in Lagos to coordinate recruitment and support staffing requirements across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment assignments across departments and business units.
- Source applicants through a range of recruitment channels and assess applications.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate assessments and reference checks.
- Prepare employment offers and support the onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates and report on recruitment progress.
- Manage multiple vacancies while meeting agreed hiring targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related subject.
- Two to four years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong interviewing, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing recruitment deadlines and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
