Loan Sales Officer at an Undisclosed Financial Institution via TeamAce – Victoria Island, Lagos
A financial services organisation is recruiting a full-time Loan Sales Officer in Victoria Island, Lagos, through TeamAce Limited.
Responsibilities
- Promote SME and personal loan products and deliver agreed customer acquisition, sales and disbursement targets.
- Generate leads, onboard agents and POS merchants, and develop business-to-business customer relationships.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, convert qualified prospects and keep accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Monitor loan repayments to keep portfolio-at-risk levels under control.
- Maintain strong client relationships and explain suitable financial products and services.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- At least four years of field sales, merchant acquisition or agency banking experience.
- Previous experience in microfinance, fintech or another financial institution with evidence of sales success.
- Knowledge of loan products, digital banking, POS onboarding and customer acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving and CRM skills.
