Partnership Officer (Pharma / FMCG / Corporates) via Ekini White Tulip – Lagos

A healthcare organisation delivering affordable primary care through market-based clinics and mobile outreach is recruiting a Partnership Officer in Lagos through Ekini White Tulip Consulting Limited. The role develops corporate, pharmaceutical and FMCG partnerships for health programmes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and secure partnership agreements with pharmaceutical and corporate organisations.
• Plan co-branded community health-screening and medicine-donation activations.
• Build sponsorships for health-focused campaigns and major awareness days.
• Support product launch activations and national campaign opportunities.
• Develop relationships with corporate social-responsibility teams and manage the full partnership cycle.
• Prepare proposals, communicate with partners and coordinate reporting with internal teams.

Requirements

• At least three years’ experience in sales, business development or pharmaceutical representation.
• Ability to work confidently with corporate pharmaceutical offices and brand managers.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining commercial partnerships.

Compensation

Base pay is ₦200,000 per month. The role also includes a commission of 5% of the professional fee on secured CSR or activation contracts and a one-time bonus for signing a non-pharmaceutical corporate CSR partner.
