Sales Trainee at Maybrands Nigeria Limited – Multiple Locations
Maybrands Nigeria Limited is recruiting Sales Trainees for luxury and fashion-accessories stores in Abuja, Delta, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Kano and Lagos. The position involves learning customer service and retail sales while maintaining product displays and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities
- Explain product features, new collections, services and available discounts to customers.
- Provide prompt, courteous assistance and recommend merchandise suited to customer needs.
- Respond to customer complaints and work towards complete resolution.
- Monitor display-stock levels, replenish products and maintain clean, attractive display cabinets.
- Merchandise products in accordance with brand visual-presentation standards.
- Process payments and issue accurate customer receipts.
- Take responsibility for assigned shop-floor stock and support store accountability.
Requirements
- First degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- One to two years of post-NYSC work experience.
- Good written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork, a presentable appearance, flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Comfort with information technology, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary
₦150,000 per month.
