Staff, ITTS-Transfer Pricing at Ernst & Young (EY) – Lagos

Ernst & Young (EY) is hiring a Staff, ITTS-Transfer Pricing professional in Lagos to support client transfer-pricing documentation, regulatory returns, benchmarking and advisory projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Master Files, Local Files and Country-by-Country Reports in line with OECD and local rules.
• Support transfer-pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting filings and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Conduct functional and economic analyses, benchmarking exercises and comparability studies.
• Contribute to transfer-pricing policy advice, tax audit support and controversy management.
• Work with tax, legal and finance colleagues on complex international tax matters.
• Assist with client proposals and presentations while sharing technical knowledge with trainees and colleagues.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related discipline, with at least a Second Class Upper or equivalent.
• At least two years of transfer-pricing experience.
• Working knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Nigerian transfer-pricing rules.
• Strong research, quantitative analysis, communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
