Territory Development Officer via Ascentech Services Limited – Surulere, Lagos

An undisclosed employer is recruiting a Territory Development Officer in Surulere, Lagos, through Ascentech Services Limited to develop leases and asset-finance opportunities.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Research the territory and identify prospective customers, business operators and opportunities.
• Map tricycle parks, local businesses, traders, park leadership and other key contacts.
• Build a pipeline of at least 100 prospects, including 30 high-priority leads.
• Qualify and pursue finance customers, support onboarding and maintain guarantor information.
• Coordinate with credit and collections teams and work towards acquisition targets.
• Track competing financing products, pricing and repayments and report market intelligence.
• HND or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, lending, asset finance or financial services, with local-market familiarity.
