Business Manager at People Capacity Management – Lagos
People Capacity Management is recruiting a Business Manager in Lagos. The position oversees property operations, facilities performance, budgets and guest experience across business listings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Facilities Manager and ensure efficient day-to-day property operations.
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance, repairs and planned preventative maintenance compliance.
- Work with management on monthly operating expenses, capital works and facility improvement budgets.
- Maintain relationships with estate managers and support customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate renovations, expansions and upgrades from planning through completion.
- Maintain occupancy, service and revenue records and monitor property performance.
- Review weekly cash flow and reconcile monthly property revenue with the finance team.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Seven to ten years of relevant professional experience.
