Concierge at an Undisclosed Premium Aviation Service via Top Talents – Lagos
A private airport terminal and lounge service is recruiting a Concierge in Lagos through Top Talents Consulting. The position delivers attentive, discreet assistance to high-profile guests from terminal arrival through boarding.
Responsibilities
- Welcome VIPs, high-net-worth guests and dignitaries with professionalism.
- Coordinate guests’ movements and experience around the terminal and lounge.
- Support check-in, boarding, luggage, lounge access and airport arrangements.
- Liaise with airline, airport, security and transportation service teams.
- Anticipate requests, respond discreetly and resolve issues calmly.
- Stay informed about guest itineraries, flight times and service needs.
- Protect confidential information and maintain consistently personalised service.
Requirements
- Experience in concierge work, luxury hospitality, aviation, premium customer service, executive assistance or a similar setting.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Professional grooming and presentation, warmth and confidence.
- Discretion, trustworthiness, emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
- Calm problem-solving under pressure and thorough follow-through.
- Comfort when working with executives, dignitaries and other high-profile individuals.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Salary
₦300,000–₦350,000 per month.
