Experienced Chef at DM Holdings Limited – Ogba, Lagos
DM Holdings is looking for an experienced Chef in Ogba, Lagos, to plan menus, prepare meals and oversee kitchen stock and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design diverse, high-quality menus (local and/or continental).
- Prepare meals with strict adherence to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, grocery lists, and stock control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
Requirements
- 3 – 4 years of proven experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant or private home.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, portion control, and flavour balancing.
- Relevant culinary training, certification, or equivalent practical background.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Must live around Ogba, Agege, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja axis.
