Field Sales Representative – Vaccines & Concentrates (Osun State) at Breedwell Feeds Limited – Osogbo, Osun State

Breedwell Feeds Limited is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Osogbo to expand sales of poultry vaccines and concentrates across Osun State. The role involves customer relationships, field visits, market development and sales reporting.

Job Summary

• Drive sales and market expansion across Osun State.
• The ideal candidate must have at least five (5) years of specialised experience in selling poultry chicken vaccines and concentrates, with established relationships with poultry farmers, distributors, and veterinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell poultry vaccines and concentrates to poultry farmers, distributors, dealers, and other customers across Osun State.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers, veterinary professionals, and distributors.
• Conduct regular field visits to promote products, assess customer needs, and identify sales opportunities.
• Provide product information and coordinate technical support with the Veterinary and Technical teams when required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular reports on sales performance and market activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer feedback, and product demand.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments in line with company policies.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Production, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ specialised experience in selling poultry vaccines and concentrates.
• Good knowledge of poultry health products and the commercial poultry industry.
• Established relationships with poultry farmers, distributors, and veterinary professionals in Osun State.
• Proven sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
