Field Sales Representative – Vaccines & Concentrates (North) at Breedwell Feeds Limited – Abuja and Northern Nigeria

Breedwell Feeds Limited is recruiting a Field Sales Representative based in Abuja to develop poultry vaccine and concentrate sales across Northern Nigeria. The position requires substantial specialist industry experience and extensive territory travel.

Job Summary

• They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Representative – Vaccines & Concentrates to drive sales and market expansion across Northern Nigeria.
• The ideal candidate must have at least five years of specialised experience selling poultry vaccines and concentrates, with a strong understanding of the poultry industry and established relationships with poultry farmers, distributors, and veterinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell poultry vaccines and concentrates to poultry farmers, distributors, dealers, and other relevant customers across the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base and market share in Northern Nigeria.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers, veterinary professionals, distributors, and livestock businesses.
• Conduct regular field visits to promote products, assess customer needs, and identify emerging sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate product information and coordinate technical support with the Veterinary and Technical teams when required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer visits, and market activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer feedback, and product demand to support sales planning.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding debts in line with company policies.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Animal Production, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ specialised experience in sales of poultry vaccines and concentrates.
• Strong knowledge of poultry vaccines, concentrates, poultry health products, and the commercial poultry market.
• Established relationships with poultry farmers, distributors, veterinary professionals, and relevant industry stakeholders in Northern Nigeria.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
