Farm Supervisor at Fine T. International Limited – Ogii, Okigwe, Imo
Fine T. International Limited is recruiting a full-time Farm Supervisor for its farmland and palm oil production activities in Ogii, Okigwe, Imo State. The supervisor will coordinate farmhands, participate in daily operations and report directly to the owner.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and supervise day-to-day farm activities and the work of farmhands and labourers.
- Monitor plant health, productivity and day-to-day agricultural performance.
- Take an active part in farm work and assist with plant and mill production activities.
- Report operational progress and concerns to the owner.
Requirements
- At least two years of farm supervisory experience with a demonstrable record of performance.
- Trustworthiness, accountability, respect for others and professional conduct.
- Willingness to participate directly in daily farm operations.
