Farm Manager at Fine T. International Limited – Ogii, Okigwe
Fine T. International Limited is recruiting a full-time Farm Manager for its agricultural and palm-oil operations in Ogii, Okigwe, Imo State. Free accommodation is provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage palm oil and palm kernel mill operations profitably, including equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee farm workers and day-to-day activities across the business’s farms.
- Drive production, sales and profitability of palm fruit, palm oil, plantain and banana.
- Manage product marketing, procurement, pricing and sales to protect business interests.
- Support hiring, training and workforce changes as required.
- Report to the Chairman/Owner and maintain transparent, honest operating practices.
Requirements
- At least three years’ verifiable farm-management experience and a record of effective results.
- Professionalism, integrity, accountability and responsible handling of farm resources.
