Workforce Business Partner (South South) at Moniepoint Incorporated – Remote

Moniepoint Incorporated is recruiting a Workforce Business Partner for its South South coverage. Reporting to the Team Lead, Workforce Partner, the role advises business leaders on people strategy, organisational effectiveness and performance.

Strategic workforce partnership

• Translate business objectives into practical people plans covering workforce capability, performance and retention.
• Lead workforce planning and organisation design discussions with business leaders.
• Advise and coach leaders on talent strategy, performance management and independent contractor engagement.
• Partner with the Workforce Relations centre of expertise to handle contractor relations fairly and consistently.
• Use people analytics to identify risks and opportunities and develop data-led recommendations.
• Support change management and communication, embed HR initiatives and promote policy and labour-law compliance.

Success measures

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence key people decisions.
• Improve engagement, retention, workforce planning accuracy and performance outcomes.
• Embed at least one centre-of-expertise initiative with clear adoption and feedback.

Requirements

• Two to four years’ progressive HR experience, including at least two years in a business partnership or advisory role.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed or multinational organisations.
• Knowledge of performance management, people relations, workforce planning and organisation design.
• Confidence analysing HR data and influencing stakeholders.
• Fintech, banking or technology business-unit experience and complex change leadership are advantageous.
